Fitness is my passion, and I’ve spent over 20 years in the industry helping people build strength, improve mobility, and get in the best shape of their lives—no matter where they start. As a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, I specialize in functional fitness that’s not only effective but also fun and sustainable. My goal is to make sure you’re doing workouts that get results, but more importantly, make you feel like a powerhouse every time you train.
I used to own a CrossFit gym, and it was there that I met Liz. When my gym closed in 2020, we decided to merge our skills—fitness and nutrition—to create Lifting Kilos, a place where we could help you achieve true transformation from the inside out. I’m here to show you that fitness doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating—it’s about progress, confidence, and feeling proud of your body every day.
