We believe in setting realistic, manageable goals that build sustainable habits over time. A 4-week program gives us the perfect amount of time to establish a foundation, track your progress, and adjust your plan as needed to keep you on the right path. Plus, it’s long enough to see meaningful changes while staying flexible with your busy schedule!
You will automatically continue in 4-week increments. In my years of experience, this is the best time frame for people to commit to. Some clients will feel comfortable being on their own after 4 weeks, Others will need multiple 4-week sessions, and that is okay. We are taking it at your pace. You will be discussing with your coach when you feel ready to be on your own and at that time you can cancel your auto-renew.
