Join our Gettin' Squat Done challenge—a fun, progressive squat journey to build strength, endurance, and functional fitness from the ground up. This challenge takes you through 25 levels of squat mastery, beginning with simple bodyweight squats to a chair and progressing all the way to weighted, high-rep back squats. With each level, you’ll test your limits, build endurance, and conquer new challenges. Complete each level to unlock the next, and watch as your squat strength transforms!
