The very essence of personalized! This 60min session is led by an expert, professional coach that will guide you through a fitness program that is designed toward YOUR goals.
This option is ideal for those who are experienced and just want to know what they should be doing to reach their goals. It includes complete programming based off of your workout schedule, including strength training and conditioning, all based off of your goals. With video analysis and movement videos.
This is group programming at its finest. Five days a week including upper and lower body splits as well as conditioning and core training, along with video examples of all movements.. This includes a thriving community to help motivate and support you and can be done at home with the No Equipment option or the more advanced Equipment required option. This is the program that Liz & Ken do themselves.

What's Included?
Lifting Kilos 8-week Transformation Challenge will give you the tools to transform in 8 weeks with the structure, support & guidance you need to take your body composition and health to the next level.
You will receive 8 weeks of workouts that include a progressive overload strategy, as well as cardio to build your strength, endurance and transform your body. These workouts can be done at home with a pair of dumbbells, or in a gym. All movements are scaleable to fit your fitness level needs, from beginner to elite!
You will also receive a healthy and delicious meal plan that has been designed by us, your holistic nutritionist. Mix and match over 25 breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas. You will receive clear instructions and tips to make the most out of your meal plan. Best part - NO tracking needed! You choose the proper amount of meals & snacks per your goal guidelines, and confidently hit your targets; no macro math needed!
